Duties of the Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts Office invoices student account transactions for tuition, room/board, mandatory fees, telephone charges, housing and general deposits, parking tickets and other miscellaneous charges on a student's account. We manage the invoicing and collection of students' accounts and process student refunds. We provide excellent customer service, account analysis, assistance in resolving difficulties with invoicing issues, and facilitate financial arrangements for students, parents and guardians. Our office also holds the notes on Perkins Loans during the repayment period.
