Fixed Assets
Departments are responsible for keeping an inventory list of assets within their applicable area. If a department disposed of an asset costing 5,000.00 or more, complete an “Asset Disposal Form”.

Send the completed “Asset Disposal Form” to Financial Reporting and Accounting at accounting@richmond.edu or inter-office mail to Financial Reporting and Accounting Department, Maryland Hall G-12.
