Direct Deposit of Refund Checks

With direct deposit, your refund will be automatically deposited to the bank account you specify. This benefit eliminates having to go to the bank and stand in line to have your check deposited. It also eliminates the possibility of your check being lost or stolen.  It can take up to 2 business days for a direct deposit to post to your bank account.

If you would like to participate in this program, return the completed Direct Deposit Authorization form and your voided check to the Student Accounts Office. Please return the form to us as soon as possible, to allow enough time to put your direct deposit into effect prior to your refund. Your direct deposit authorization will stay in effect until you notify the Bursar's Office, in writing, to change it. Please review the form carefully before returning it. You can mail your form with the voided check to:  Student Accounts, Box R, University of Richmond, VA 23173
