Grant Change
For faculty who plan to submit proposals for privately and/or federally funded grants that will include capital equipment requests ($5,000 or higher), contact University Procurement Services (ext. 8891) for assistance in obtaining quotations.  Under the newly implemented procurement policy, a minimum of two quotations or a completed Sole Justification Form is required before a proposal can be submitted to a funding agency.  Read more about the new policy on http://univservices.richmond.edu/procurement/
