General SpiderCard Information

A SpiderCard account is a debit card program that uses pre-deposited funds to pay for purchases on campus. A SpiderCard account is convenient, eliminating the need to carry cash on campus and is safe and easy to use. Everyone has a SpiderCard account, but your decision to use it is voluntary. There is no fee to use this service. If your SpiderCard is lost or stolen you need to report it to the One Card services immediately. There is a $15.00 fee to replace a lost or stolen SpiderCard.

  • University of Richmond Bookstore
  • Tyler's Grill
  • Heilman Dining Center
  • Drink and Snack Vending Machines
  • Health Center
  • The Cellar Restaurant
  • ETC 
  • Freshens
  • 8:15 at Boatwright
  • Modlin Center Ticket Office
  • Dean's Den

After 8 PM you can also use it for the following off campus services

  • Domino's Pizza Delivery
  • Papa John's Pizza Delivery
  • Pizza Hut
  • Pizza House

Funds deposited in your account and not used will carry over into the following semester. If you withdraw, transfer or graduate and still have unused money in your account, a refund check will be issued upon written request, provided that your student account is current.

Making Deposits to Your SpiderCard
Visit us online . You can visit the Bursar's Office in Sarah Brunet Hall or call us at (804)289-8769 and charge your deposit to a MasterCard, Visa or American Express. You can also mail a check to:

Be sure to reference your student name and student ID number.
