Duties of the Cashier's Office
The Cashier's Office cashes checks for student payroll, students, faculty, and staff. Personal checks may be cashed for up to $100.00 a day with a current UR ID. University payroll checks (for students only) may be cashed for any dollar amount. SAR pay slips and UR intramural pay slips may be cashed for up to $150. We process Spidercard transactions both in person and over the phone. We handle deposits from various departments and necessary change requests. We also cash petty cash and cash advance requests.
Location
Sarah Brunet Hall. The entrance is off the rear of the building near Millhiser Gym. The parking lot entrance is just off College Road.
Hours of Operation
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00AM - 2:30PM
