Electronic File System

The Accounts Payable Office uses an electronic filing and document management system, Nolij Web, for maintaining files.

With our imaging system, we are able to view previously paid documents from our desktop; we no longer have to rummage through file cabinets to research payments.

If your department already has inquiry access to the Banner Finance system and you would like to be able to view your paid documents through Nolij Web, contact Jean Hines at ext. 8181.
