About the Controller

Mission

The Controller's Office is a unit of Business and Finance and offers financial services to and for the University community. These services include accounting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, collection of student fees and other revenues, and financial reporting.

Goal

The goal of the Controller's Office is to contribute to and enhance the educational process. We endeavor to do so by providing our services efficiently and effectively so that all levels of management have the financial information they need on a timely basis. We also maintain appropriate controls on the University's assets, all while intruding to the least possible extent into academic and other administrative areas.
